- Products
Smitush offers traditional Indian food products, including Moong Dal Dhokla Ready Mix, Chana Dal Dhokla Ready Mix, Thalipeeth, Bhajni, Moong Bhaji/Pakoda Mix, fasting premixes, Poha Chiwda, Besan Ladoo, Shankar Para and Namkeen Para.
Product descriptions, ingredients, prices, net quantities, preparation instructions, storage conditions, shelf life and other applicable details will be provided on the website or product packaging.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information. Any product images are illustrative unless otherwise specified. Actual appearance and packaging may vary, subject to the product complying with its description and applicable law. These images are illustration purpose only
- Eligibility
Customers must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order.
- Prices and Taxes
Prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts and other charges will be displayed at checkout, as applicable.
We may update prices and promotional offers. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order except where permitted by applicable law.
- Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for dispatch.
We may contact you to verify order details. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of stock unavailability, a genuine pricing error or another legitimate reason, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been collected.
We will not arbitrarily cancel accepted orders or engage in unfair trade practices.
- Payments
Payments may be processed through the payment methods and gateways displayed at checkout.
Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information. Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider’s terms and security procedures.
We do not intend to collect or store full card details, UPI PINs, OTPs or sensitive payment authentication credentials through ordinary website or customer support channels.
- Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be dispatched to serviceable locations accepted at checkout.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier delays, weather, operational disruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Please contact support@smitush.com if your order is delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered.
- Food Safety and Storage
Please read the ingredient list, allergen declarations, preparation instructions, storage instructions and best-before or expiry information, as applicable, before consuming a product.
Store products according to the conditions stated on the packaging and use them within the indicated period.
Do not consume products where packaging appears tampered with, compromised or unsafe. Contact us promptly if you have a quality or safety concern.
Nothing in these Terms limits our legal obligations regarding food safety, product quality, accurate labelling or consumer protection.
- Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Food products may be subject to specific return restrictions for hygiene and food safety reasons. Our separate Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the applicable procedure.
Complaints involving damaged, defective, incorrect, contaminated, expired or otherwise non-conforming products will be assessed in accordance with that policy and applicable law.
Nothing in our policies excludes mandatory consumer rights.
- Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers may be subject to disclosed validity periods, minimum order values, eligible products and other conditions.
We will communicate material terms applicable to an offer.

Our brand name, logos, product photographs, designs, website content and original written material are owned by or licensed to Smitush Kitchen LLP, except where otherwise indicated.
